ZIN-Project

In the Brussels North Quarter, Tower 1 and 2 of the WTC complex are being converted. It will be a multipurpose project of about 114 000m² above-ground volume. Inside the project, approximately 73 000m² will be reserved as office space (which will house, among others, the Flemish Government; Marie Elizabeth Belpaire section) but also good for 14 000m² of residential space, 16 000m² of hotel commercial business etc …

Thus, the ZIN project brings together different functions in a highly innovative way. Living, working and life will be housed in one building.

Both in terms of architecture, design with respect for the environment and circularity, the bar was set very high
