Nexus

The Nexus project, located on a former industrial site in Schelle, is transforming into a residential complex with 64 residential units and 2 commercial spaces. The buildings comply with the Near Energy Neutral (BEN) principle with an E-level of 20, achieved by high-quality insulation, energy-efficient technologies and renewable energy sources. Nexus consists of five separate buildings connected by a vast underground parking area and an idyllic courtyard garden. Green elements such as green roofs, green facades and photovoltaic solar panels make Nexus not only sustainable, but also liveable and aesthetically pleasing.
