On the site of Tour & Taxis in Brussels, Nextensa commissioned the construction of several buildings. So did building D1 and UV1 – known commercially as the “Franklin” & “Hampton” project.
Building D1 concerns a new building with 60 apartments and 1 commercial space spread over 8 floors (area: 5 556m²)
UV1: new construction of a residential building with 27 apartments and associated technical premises (Area: 3,010m²)
D1: new construction of 60 apartments over 8 floors and 1 commercial space, as part of the development of T&T, zone C
UV1: new construction of a residential building with 27 apartments and associated technical premises, as part of the development of T&T, zone C. 3,010+ 5,556m²
